fr I remember I was trying to explain the lore of just one of the ten great families in TOG and my friend kept asking questions about that family. I had to calmly explain to her that we don't know yet and everything I told her was what was revealed over the course of 600+ chapters. Also that there were 9 (10) other families, Wolhaiksong, Zahard, the Revolution, FUG, etc.

It was barely noticeable in the manhwa too. There is no return to this test after this, so no, it will never appear again unless they remake the entire second episode.

Ones weight has 0 influence over their power, this thing measures a person's shinsu output. her scoring 20k despite falling and hitting it with her head by accident shows just how powerful she is compared to the other regulars . She probably would've gotten like 35 or 40k if she didn't slip

Small spoiler related to viole’s score For anyone who is wondering, the technique viole used on the machine is called the floral butterfly piercing technique (alternative translation: flare wave explosion). The technique vibrates the shinsu within the targets body to such an extent that it ruptures outward. This is one of viole’s signature moves and it’s devastating. Most folks who take a direct hit from this move aren’t usually standing afterwards. The only drawback to this move is that it requires direct physical contact for it to be most effective. If I remember correctly, viole can use a long ranged version of this but it’s not nearly as effective as the actual technique. If someone comes across a practitioner of this technique, their best bet is to zone them out with as many projectiles as possible and not let the user get close enough for contact. This technique was developed and pioneered by FUG (this is why the examiner said FUG, because it’s their trademark), it takes decades to learn. This information will be revealed after the 20th floor exam is over.
