I lived in Bozeman for over ten years. One of the best attractions were the movie theaters downtown, the Ellen Theater and the Rialto across the street. Real, old-fashioned movie theaters that are sadly dying away now.

Hi ! Harris,nice to watching your video. Since today KZbin recommend this videos to me ,I have never seen any pics or videos of Bozeman since 2016 (me graduated from MSU). After graduation I went back to China and never had a chance to even think about Bozeman. After watching your videos,I realize how much I miss that. After the pandemic I must visit bozeman again, bozeman really is a cozzy town makes you feel "home sweet home". Btw what's the price of South black Ave community? Still remember that house allow me to spend the most treasure 4 years in my life.

Love your videos! Do y'all help with apartments as well? I'm a remote worker looking to rent for a year and buy in 2023 if I love the area (I'm sure I will). 3 bedroom dog friendly with washer and dryer and a balcony. Would love to keep it under $3k/month. Keep up the good work!

Why would I want to move to Montana where it could be frigidly cold during the winter when I own 3 homes. Sunny Kali never mind the skewed politics, Hot Nevada never mind the gentrification, Tropical Manila PI never mind the corruption and growing pains of a developing country. I just follow the weather where it's nice during the year and pick the location accordingly. Cold beer is cold beer (Not A.B.) where ever I might decide on going.

Great if you have the financial structure and sustainability to move around in 4 month increments. Given the problems of leaving our house UN-lived-in for any amount of time, it is not desirable for wife and I to be on the move. The weather in Kalifornia where we live is some of the best weather in the country. We have our ducks nicely positioned so that we are not over-plucked for income and property taxes.

@@papiaqualips9503, Depends on one's view of reality. Democrats wreck every place they take-over. Bozeman area growth should be held a 1/2 to 1% yearly growth at most to discourage Democrats from arriving in masses to conservative states.

we didn't"feel we had to leave". We did not have a choice. We both taught in Bozeman and COULD NOT AFFORD the housing on our paychecks. Don't make it something it is not. Gentrification pretty much sucks.
