So true!! My ex had 2 new supplies (not at the same time), and they both turned out to have BPD and NPD!! Borderline Personality Disorder and Narcissistic PersonalityDisorder -- the same things that Amber Heard has!! He annulled his marriage to the first one THE DAY AFTER THEIR WEDDING 😲 and is currently married to the second one. Both have an intense fear of abandonment. AND THEY PHYSICALLY BEAT HIM!! The first one wears Rx glasses; when he tried to break up with her (again), she actually beat her face with her hands, broke her glasses, and threatened him to tell everyone that he did that to her!! The second one not only beats him, she throws lamps, plates, vases, whatever is closeby, at him!! Twice, he fled the country to get away from her,, so now she hides his passport. 😂 She expects him to pay for everything and keeps her paycheck for herself, and then throws a fit if they get an eviction notice. *He never had to worry about bills when he was with me because I took care of all that AND combined our income because that's what a marriage is supposed to be.*

Hello Andrew! This video is so good! I was in a non-romantic friendship with a woman from my job. I’ve learned a little while ago that she is truly a narcissist. I broke off the friendship November/2022. Before I broke it off, she met a guy that she likes. She met his family & friends, talked about marriage & having a son with him within a matter of weeks of meeting him. It didn’t make sense to me at the time but it all does now. This guy is the new supply. She became hyper vigilant to have a son with him because he only has one daughter, no sons. Something that is important to her new supply. Wow.. I hope he learns what he is dealing with sooner than later! Since I’ve cut the connection, my mind is clearer.

We're not even divorced, and he's taken two trips with the "new supply" who's been married twice already. The new supply lasted maybe two years...she was a narc and discarded my narc when a brighter shinier ship (victim) passed by. (I heard about it from my stepson years later) I realize that I was with the narc at the top of his game. Looks, career, lifestyle...he had an international presence and a strong reputation. We traveled frequently on business. When he divorced me, he shot himself in the foot. I came to realize his work partners were NOT impressed with his behavior and shortened his leash. And shortened his leash...until he was gone. What he had not counted on: reputation matters in his field...and he had played such hard ball against me, that it came back at him. He never recovered. He works in a small and tight knit industry...people who matter know the truth. I never said a word.... Time...heals...slowly... perspective comes ☀️🌷🦋🌸💜🙌🏻🙏🏻💪

I broke the trauma bond the day after he made me cry. Living alone and protecting my peace for years after the divorce I had no reason to cry. Then I allowed myself to let down my guard and become totally infatuated with him. Thought he was the real deal. The one I should have been with all along. After all “He” loved his dog and always sent pictures of animals and baby birds. All the things I love. Feeling important, special, and safe again had he lived in the US I would have had him move in. Thank God for COVID travel restrictions. His capacity to cut me to the core with the cruelty of his comments I just didn’t see coming. When he attacked my very character applying a hurtful label indicating excessive neediness, after all the nights and long hours I listened to his life grievances on calls, talked about dreams, thoughts, life to have him accuse me of being the needy one broke the camels back. I blocked and went no contact. The strange thing was we were LD friends for 5 years and this side of him only made itself apparent after our relationship graduated to romantic. Very sad.

How did I break the trauma bond? I sat down on month 5 and had this horrible thought. If this is month 5 what will a year from now look like, 2,3 or more. That nightmare film that went through my mind was enough for me to say OH HELL NO. If this is already bad and really uncomfortable, confusing and totally whacked, no way can I do this to myself. I came extremely close to actually killing the new supply. This is maybe the most frightening memory in my life. I had no idea what my female narcissist was or what she did to us. Or my own flaws that had me open to her lies and games. Those flaws had me open to other narcissists. So I've experienced these devastating women several times over many years. And I was also open to narcissistic abuse from males in the form of employers. I had a very damaged childhood. It probably looked privileged to most outside spectators. Interesting that my mother who I stepped up and was caregiver to actually woke up just before the end of her life. She told me that she never knew me ! Wow ! What a wonderful gift from this very elderly old woman who was my mother. She did her best to be a good mother to me. She worked hard to give me a good home when I was a child. But I think she was also a narcissistic victim in many ways. I never expected her to wake uo but she did to a point. And she left this world while giving me a little hope. God bless her.

My ex narc was getting a procedure on his leg when we were dating for about several months. When it was time for him to let me know how it went and if I was to pick him up, he was nowhere to be found. He later told me that he *accidentally* blocked me on his phone, and thought that I actually blocked him. He said this made him feel very sad. At the time, I knew that he couldn't have accidentally blocked me because we have the same type of phone. It was a huge red flag, amongst many others, that I chose to ignore. I have such disdain in my heart for someone that can be so deceitful and cruel, lie right to your face and swear on their on mother's life in the process. Thank you, Andrew, for all of your videos! Hello lovely people, I saw my ex narcissist girlfriend the other day. The breakup was quite traumatic the way it ended, the trauma bond and all the smear campaign... you name it. Bottom line is, I didn't have any emotion when I saw her. Very proud that I become so strong and better person after all that pain. I'm a new man, I work on myself and my goals every day. I hope this happens to me one day . I’ve already changed and bettered myself so much . I never even yelled at my ex or had an actual argument . She was super covert and I was an early in her dating. Life . I’ll get better and focus on the future. Next I see her I imagine she will have gained weight and will still be in the same position living with her mum . As she has two dogs she isn’t going to be finding a new place anytime soon by herself ! And she planing to go to Thailand . She works part time so I don’t think she is moving anywhere better .

The new supply/primary object doesn't know that they are dealing with a snake-oil salesperson of love. Give it some time, usually a few months and you'll see that: 1) The mask dropped, and the supply dumped the narc. 2) The devaluation begins, and the supply develops a trauma bond and stays way too long until the relationship ends. The narc will either discard or get dumped. 3) The new supply understands narcissism, and bails before it's too late due to noticing the red flags. The bottom-line is that it usually never lasts with a narc.

I felt sorry for the new supply, the narcissist told me she was just a friend but I knew that was rubbish. Wow. This is soooooo accurate, it's uncanny. When I was the new supply I was wary and had doubts and questions which my narc-ex (I called him the Svengali, he hated that) gradually convinced me of how wrong I was. He had a string of exes and it was always because they were so bad and he was so good. He moved in with me while he was moving out of his ex-girlfriend's. He convinced me I was the problem for thinking he was moving too fast. Well, he's now onto his new supply. He made sure to hurt me before he left. I don't think he ever wanted me to get over him. So glad to be free. Truth is, I was miserable the whole time I was with him, even with all the wining and dining.

I think it’s more like she has this expectation that he will complete her. The old boyfriend from 15 years ago. I don’t know if he experienced what I have, or is experiencing it now. But if he supposedly had another girlfriend behind her back all those years ago, as she told me, why would she go back? Narcissist or not. She said she’d never do another long distance relationship after me, but here we go again with another one! I saw a video recently that said the narcissist LOVES long distance relationships!

A year after being discarded, I went into a bar and sat next to a woman who wound up being the narcissists' (very) new supply. (He's on his 3rd woman since last year). We got to talking and she asked me if I knew him and I replied "no". A part of me wanted to warn her that he's not the gentleman he appears to be at first, but I didn't and quickly left. Well all i can say is that i have no ill will towards him , but i wish him luck with the parasite he inherited. He can have him and keep him, i want no part of that monster anymore. My ex-husband narc's new supply, who I didn't know, got ahold of my phone number and one day, out of the blue called me in tears. (Apparently they had another fight and broke up for the umpteenth time.) She said she's heard so much about me from him, and she has great respect for me from all the stories he told her (we were married 24 years and share a daughter). He was obviously trying to demoralize her by comparing her to me, *which I thought was so odd BECAUSE HE WAS THE ONE WHO LEFT ME FOR A YOUNGER GIRL, not her, another one, because I "was such a bitch."* 😮 So what she wanted to know was how to make him love her. "WHAAAAT?" I said. "I'm the last one to ask because obviously I failed!" 😅 Then she asked me what she should do. I very firmly said, "Turn around and run the other way." 😂 But of course she didn't, because she was already trauma bonded. Months later, I heard they had gotten married in Vegas, had a huge fight on their wedding night, and he annulled the marriage THE VERY NEXT DAY!! So much drama! Oh, the reason I only found out months later is because he told my daughter and all our mutual friends who attended the wedding NOT TO TELL ME HE GOT MARRIED! What's up with that? No, it's a serious question. Why do you think he didn't want me to know? I wouldn't have cared one way or the other.
