There is something to consider. The Sabbath Day is completion...if I am not mistaken, I should reread the chapter, but the Sabbath Day is Friday night to Saturday night. Bear in mind that if the body celebrates the Sabbath on Sunday, this is the first day of the creation week, which is the day of chaos. We are called into entering his rest on the Sabbath which he is the day of rest, so we are partaking with Him. It is also about this time That the Name of the Lord is no longer JUST ELOHIM, creator speaking God, but YHVH Elohim.....the Merciful creator speaking God. To cover the sins of man .... Adam and Eve.which is coming. Until this time....Adam did mother know God as Merciful. If you do not understand that the Sabbath Day is set apart and Holy then you are stuck with chaos and an unmerciful God

'Disobedience' was repeated 4 times and was quoted twice that the Ancient Israelites "did not enter because of disobedience" disobedience to what? The Ancient Israelites knew God, He delivered them from slavery and fed them from the sky and watered them from a rock. They were guilty of disobeying God's word. Sabbath is not only a reminder that God is our Creator, and that we rest in His work, but it is also the 4th commandment, so when we understand that we need to obey God and we don't (or make excuses not to) we are just as guilty of disobedience, and will fail to enter into His rest.

Here's a tip (because Christianity believes this is somehow replacing the Sabbath day with some kind of just-believe-in-Jesus formula), Simply divide the Word of God into spiritual and physical. Hebrews along with the rest of the N.T. is heavily focused on the spiritual dimension. THe O.T. is heavily focused on the physical dimension. THe spiritual introduction of rest in the N.T. does not replace the physical commandment of rest of the O.T. anymore than the spiritual introduction of light in the N.T. (Jesus) replaces the necessity of physical light prior. Having Jesus in your life does not mean you don't need lamps or lightbulbs anymore. Having his spiritual rest does not mean your body can now run 24x7. Hebrews, especially 4;8-9, is saying there is ANOTHER rest besides the physical sabbath, ONE MORE rest mankind needs, a spiritual rest not obtained through works. FOr the body, we have the sabbath day. (The sabbath remains in effect along with the rest of the laws.)

Respectfully, I disagree. I preface everything I say with the fact that we are brothers and sisters in Christ and I say respectfully and with love. Do you pick up sticks on the Sabbath? Do you not work every 7th year? Do you not wear certain fabrics together? If you are a woman (or if you aren't a woman do you have women in your life that do this), do you separate yourself when you have your period and afterwards for a certain time? I could go on. The point is this: Jesus came for a reason and that reason is we could NEVER keep the law. I stopped trying to add to the cross of Christ. There is not one single thing anyone can do to add to the cross of Christ; this is the point of 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 lesson about believing in what Christ did. This is the point Paul was making in Romans 5-8 that my flesh does one thing and my spirit longs to do another but thanks be to God, Romans 8:1-3, there is no condemnation now for those who are in Christ who walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit (v1). For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sent His son in the flesh to do for us (my paraphrase) and He condemned sin and nailed it to the cross for us and ABSOLUTELY everything that came because of sin was nailed to that cross too! We are clearly not under the law after the cross. The sabbath after the cross is fellowship (or rest) and it's 7 days / 24 hours a day, not a single physical day. Fellowship was not available before the cross because of sin so they had a sabbath day. Sin after salvation removes the fellowship for the Christian, but not the salvation. That's why we have I John 1:9 to regain fellowship after sin. Jesus fulfilled the law and grace has replaced the law in all respects.

I went into history to find out who changed the commandment from the 7th day to the 1st day. (It will all come down to who we worship very soon) It was changed by Constantine in 321 AD. There are so many verses regarding the 7th day rest. Keeping God’s commandments. All 10. That we will all come together in the new heaven and earth every sabbath day to worship the Creator. Isaiah 66:23. How the sabbath was brought about in creation and then written in the 10 commandments twice with God’s own finger. It has never made sense to me how so many switched the day when it was never commanded by God to make the switch. It is a holy special day. Another puzzling thing is that it is the only commandment that begins with remember. Why? Because God explains that HE created the Heavens and the earth HE hallowed it (set it apart as a remembrance of who He is and what HE did) And yes it is all about entering God’s rest by believing and because you believe you obey Him out of Love for Him. The sabbath 7th day rest is not a burden but a blessing. Sunday worship is a man made day of worship never ever commanded to be kept holy by God. It's not subject to our human relativism, in the same way that what priests used to bring to the altar for sacrifices was not according to their preferences but needed to conform to God's specifications or else be rejected. Saturday has continuously been recognized as the 7th day since the time of the ancient Hebrews. The Roman Catholic authorities themselves acknowledge that 1) there was never any scriptural authorization for the changing of the day from Saturday to Sunday, 2) that keeping the Saturday Sabbath is still a standing commandment of God today, 3) that they, despite that fact, formally changed the day themselves and 4) proudly declare that fact as (circular logic) "proof" of their own preeminence over both the Bible and their "Mark of authority" over not only Catholics but _over all Protestants who keep Sunday as well_ . As @Me-wy5yc pointed out, it was Emperor Constantine who was the first to change it. Not long afterward, the Roman Catholic system formally made it Church doctrine. Constantine chose Sunday because it was the pagan day of worship of the Roman Sun God, "Sol Invictus", which The Satanic Temple still honors every December 25th, and who is also known as Apollo, who is the demonic spirit (Abaddon/Apollyon) of Antichrist referred to in Revelation. The trappings of Sun/Moon worship are still noticeable in the Roman Catholic Religion today.

You missed out on the truth of when God's Sabbath Day is. When is the Seventh day when God rested and asks us to also enter into that rest?? You could have continued to the end of the chapter. It all links to God being the Creator who instructs us to "remember the Sabbath Day". The sabbath day is the day the Creator rested from all the works He had done. Do we believe that?? Then what happens when we do?? We enter into His rest on the Sabbath Day, by resting on the Sabbath Day according to His instruction, spending time with our God and Creator.

It’s also not about the present day land of Israel, or they would be in the “rest” given by God through Joshua’s hand. The real rest is the Millenium, the seventh 1000 yr period which is initiated by the return of the Lord to earth.

There are two Sabbath's. The seven day sabbath and the seven year sabbath. The seventh day sabbath dusk Friday to dusk Saturday is about remembering what God did and resting,it is not about going to church or worshipping every day is a day of worship. The seventh year sabbath is the forgiving of all debts, living off the land and what food is stored up not tilling/working the soil so that the land can recover.

The only thing I challenge you on for your prayerful consideration is the beginning of sabbath. Let’s really think about when a day starts. A new day doesn’t start at sundown…I mean do we say at sundown on a Monday, “oh, Tuesday is beginning”, or “it’s Tuesday now.” So why do we treat sabbath like that? If we look at the creation story we see Yah creating during the day, then there was evening, then the wee hours of the morning before sunrise, all counted together to make one 24 hr period. Again, when did they go and collect manna? In the morning. On Friday (the 6th day) the collect both for that day and the sabbath…the manna did not spoil, but when they awakened on sabbath it was there for their food. I therefore submit that sabbath is sunrise Saturday to sunrise Sunday. That is the full 7th day of the week. I believe the jewish slant of sundown to sundown came from their time in Babylon as did so many other of their wrong traditions. I am aware that Yah has 2 feasts that are sundown to sundown, but I don’t think that alone makes for the case that each day starts at sundown.

If we are true believers we are called to be sowers of the seeds of truth which is found in the WORD of YAH, (GOD). Hebrews starts with, “therefore there remains a sabbath rest for the people of God”, it doesn’t say, therefore there remains a sabbath “day” rest. The rest for your soul is in the finished work of atonement, your penalty for sin being paid in full by Jesus at Calvary. You can rest in him with the assurance of the good news, you are forgiven, you are saved “by faith” in what Jesus “has already” finished for you. You can’t earn it through obedience to law, your righteousness (right doing) comes from the Lord and not your ability to have an “outward” appearance or fleshly appearance of being holy and righteous.

Do not use the verses as stopping or connecting points, a verse is just there to quickly find a spot of scripture. Unless the topic changes assume all the verses are one letter, Even chapters should not be considered hard stops in some places as the idea may continue into the other chapter. Manuscripts were not broken up like we do today.

What if someone truly believes they are keeping the law to the best of their ability but interprets it different then you on some points (sabbath, dietary laws, feast days). Will they not be judged on what their conscious requires of them? This is something I’ve been struggling with lately because some people (I’m assuming yourself) follow the Law of Moses by the letter but I just don’t see it for new covenant believers. I’ve been studying it a lot and I truly don’t see it so does that mean I’m going to hell?

@@Larbear29 If a person chooses to put their salvation in the hands of another person and does not test everything they are taught then they remain responsible for their sin.Neglecting the study of scripture is consider willful ignorance resulting disobedience. But if a person unknowingly and innocently misinterpreted scripture then Yeshua will mediate for that person. It's important to remember that we are talking about willful sin. Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction. I found out that I had been a fool once I honestly started studying the scriptures for myself. The Bible is the Fathers rules for life, literally his rules to live by. Have you actually studied the Law? Ask yourself why would GOD even invent the Law if he knew they wouldn't work? The law is the Fathers definition of righteousness behavior and it defines the blessings for being righteous. It also provides HIS definition of unrighteousness behavior and the consequences for disobedience. Its also important to remember that the sacrificial and corporal punishment system in the law are no longer revenant at this time do to GOD's will, meaning no temple in Jerusalem and because of the law of the land. The revenant part of the law teaches us how to live in peace, love, health and harmony. It's only the people who find the law to be a curse and a burden who seek to live in complete freedom allowing them to do as they want. Does that sound Old Testament familiar? Many self professed believers today worship a god they have created in their own minds and not the GOD of Abraham, Issac and Jacob, (Israel). Do I think you're going to end up in the lake of fire? No, if anyone is honestly seeking the truth through the study scripture and not blindly believing and following the teachings of others I don't. We are all at different places on this path to salvation. It's our works bear witness as evidence either for or against us and Yeshua, (Jesus) will either defends us before the Father or we will be one of the many spoken of in Matthew 7:21-23. We are called to be sower of seeds of truth, we cannot make them grow and if a self professed believer will not listen to sound doctrine, (2 Timothy 4:3) the Father will give them over to their beliefs, (2 Thessalonians 2). Some laws apply to men, some to women, laws for the sick with some for priests, some for farmers, laws governing livestock, laws for children and parents. So you see the Fathers perfect law relates to every individual according to their position in life. Its up to each of us to study the law and see which laws apply to us, and by studying the law we will know if new laws will apply as we grow in life. Keeping the True Sabbath is the 4th Commandment! GOD rested the 7th day Hallowed and Sanctified it! When I was watching this I keep thinking Psalms 119, so I paused to read. Keeping All the Commandements is the Seal Of GOD! And the 4th Commandement is the only one that says Remember! Also in Hebrews 4:8 says For if JESUS had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.

Even though we can't keep most of HIS appointed times in strict accordance of HIS Law because of the times we live in, I still believe we still should recognize, teach and keep HiS Sabbaths as best we can because one day HE will reestablished them. ​@@rocco9611I can see the confusion here between the seventh day Sabbath and the ceremonial sabbaths that were part of the ceremonial law given to Israel. However, the Bible makes a clear distinction. The Lord Himself spoke the 10 commandments, and wrote them with His finger on mount Sinai. These ten commandments were placed inside the ark of the covanent. The Lord did not do this with the ceremonial law, but gave it only to Moses, and had him relay this information to Israel, and had him write it himself on paper. This was placed on the outside of the ark. Furthermore, Col 2:14-16 makes a distinction between the ceremonial sabbaths (which were part of a system that was a shadow of things to come) and the seventh day Sabbath. The seventh day Sabbath, instituted at creation, and kept by God's people before the law was given in Exodus 20, is still binding today, along with the whole of the moral law. God bless you!

@@aajc112 actually if we are children of God, we are Israel. The Bible says in the Old and New Testament that the law will be written on our hearts. Almost every instance that the word “law” is used in scripture it is translated as the Torah or law of Moses. The Torah, with the feasts of God, are a big part of what is supposed to be written on our hearts. The weekly Sabbath is a feast according to Lev. 23:1-3. So the feasts aren’t cancelled. If you think that Col. 2 is saying things are cancelled then the Sabbath is included in that list and is a contradictory theory. It’s saying let no man judge you for doing things God’s way. These shadows will lead you to the substance/body of our Savior. These times tell us when he will return. The seventh yearly feast of Tabernacles is the same picture of resting with the Father and Son during the millennium just like the seventh day Sabbath is. Gen. 1:14 mentions the appointed times that were instituted from creation. “Seasons” is translated as appointed/sacred times.These yearly feasts are the only system of seven instituted by our Father that is a prophetic calendar of the past and future redemptive works being done on our behalf. If you’re on His calendar, you KNOW what to expect and when to expect it. I know the 2 week section of the year to be looking for our Savior’s return. I know when I need to have my shoes on my feet and staff on hand when the end gets close and we have to flee from persecution. Passover. I know what day to expect the latter rain to be poured out. Pentecost. That’s the good and perfect gift that He gave us with these special times. He uses these times to refresh us, refine us, and teach us His plan for us. If we want to understand Paul’s words, we should look at his actions. Did he keep the feasts? He said, “imitate me as I imitate Christ”. Did Christ keep the feasts? Are we walking as He walked? The Pharisees of Jesus’ day taught that you should fast from both meat and wine on Monday and Thursday of each week. Jesus taught that the ordinances of man were being followed by Pharisees rather than the actual commandments of God. God never commanded any fast but Yom Kippur, once a year. But then Paul, a Pharisee, taught that if a person considered something to be wrong, doing it would for them be wrong (sin.) So if YOU think you shouldn’t eat meat and drink wine on Monday and Thursday (honoring one day above another), then you shouldn’t. (This person would be what is also referred to as ‘ a weaker brother’, he doesn’t believe he can ‘eat anything’ on those days, just vegetables.) The ‘stronger brother’ has discarded the ordinances of the Pharisees. He believes their rules are not from God, so on those two days he believes it’s ok to eat meat and drink wine. It’s not sin to him. He’s NOT eating meat that GOD forbids, like pork… THAT would be sin. So in verse 10 you find Paul admonishing the one who eats meat on those days not to judge those who believe they should not eat meat on those days…and vice versa. The lesson is not to judge each other over personal convictions that are not based on God’s commandments. And we all have probably needed that lesson at some time or another.

This is always an interesting subject although quite simple to conceptualize. and I am so happy that you raised it One may have to clear his/her mind of any previous understanding of what you think the true sabbath is from God's perspective. and go right back to the beginning. In Genesis during His creative work, at the end of the first day, God said that the evening and the morning was the first day and so on , right up to the sixth day. Then when the seventh day started it states clearly that God RESTED. But nowhere do we see that the seventh day was defined as having an "evening and a morning". Logically we know that since it followed the sixth day that it began immediately after the sixth day ended. On that day God rested What was God doing before He started His creative work! It should be clear that God reverted to His true state of rest after He finished His work of creation, and has been in that state of rest since then and right up until now. That state of rest, since His creative work ended, is called "Today" and in truth it is the only day that has any relevance to God. When we manifest faith in God's son Jesus God gives us "power to become His sons' and we are received into the "Rest of Christ" which Christ gives to all those who are weary and heavy laden with the sins of this world. Through faith in Christ we are brought into the rest of God through the gift of Holy Spirit. That rest is the same rest that God entered into when He finished His creative work and it continues for eternity. All the prophets and saints of old "lived" in that rest of God and the children of Israel could have entered it also. but did not because of lack of faith. It is a rest that extends from creation right up until now and supersedes the "physical" sabbath rest that Moses gave to Israel because it is the spiritual "rest of God". Today all persons who hear and receive the Gospel message through faith which is a message of repentance will enter that rest TODAY.

What you said there is complete conjecture and not biblical at all. The Bible is quite clear e know the Father is ruling in heaven, there is also a war in heaven until the end of the age and that Yeshua, (Jesus) is in heaven preparing New Jerusalem for His bride in heaven. The last 6000 years has been about the Father directing man back to a state of righteousness that existed before the fall in the garden. Godly righteousness means being willful obedience to the Father, having unconditional pure love and charity nothing more. That means if people do not love their enemies as themselves, they are prideful, are more fearful of the world then they are of the Father or even if they tell white lies for convenience sake, then they are not righteous and deserving of the lake of fire. It's man who puts sin on a scale from not that bad to extremely bad, but it's the Father who says that the wages for all sin is death, Revelation 21:8. Peace and blessings,

"Hebrews 4:10 For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His." God exhorts us to join Him in His rest and God also tells us how that is done. When we are in His rest He, through Holy Sprit, looks after us and He never leaves us or forsakes us --even when we fall He will help us up. @@vincentmcclean450 I think that Hebrews 4 has to be the focus of this conversation and not just verse 10 because there is a whole lot more going on. First off if we look at the first five verses we learn that Yeshua's, (Jesus) rest is a future event, (The Millennial Reign). We are not currently in HIS rest. We also learn that not everyone who self-identify as believers will enter His rest because they did not obey and that should terrify people because it affirms Matthew7:21-23. Verses six and even the Father gives a warning not to harden ones heart but we know according to scripture that there will be a falling away from the faith in the last days. Matthew 22:14 For many are called, but few are chosen. I think these are believers were called but they chose to believe in their particular brand churchianity; see 2 Timothy 4:3. Hebrews 8-11 teaches us that the Hebrew people were not willing to obey the Father and not worthy of entering HIS rest. But because of the Fathers mercy and Yeshua's sacrifice He made it possible for the truly obedient to rest from their works. What is our works, what do we labor against daily? Everything we do has the potential for sin to enter in to our minds by sinful thoughts, feelings and emotions. That means that the righteous will no longer tempted by sin because it will be removed from His rest and the righteous will be at peace or rest Verse twelve is a powerful verse because it is brutally honest. For anyone who has thoughtfully read the scriptures they have experienced times when their sin had convicted them. We either repent and turn away from that sin or some may try to hide it and regret even reading the Bible and some get angry. Verses 13 to 16 reiterates verse 6 do not harden ones heart because nothing is hidden and our works is the evidence that bears witness of our obedience or disobedience. The Sabbath is about the authority of the person you worship. The Sabbath commandment gives the validity of the whole law, meaning it is the seal, mark of God in His children's foreheads. God told his people to go and conquer and enter the promised land but out of fear against the giants, they disobeyed and shrank back instead of having faith that God will lead them to victory. Would it bother you if I told you about something you have wrong here? The Sabbath 'rest' was on the 7th day, when God rested from all He 'MADE' and 'CREATED' - these are NOT the same thing as a hendiadus as most believe; for the proper context look at Isaiah 45:7 in the KJV as to how 'making' and 'creating' are contrasted. Notice that 'peace' and 'evil' are contrasted, and thus we can see that the 'rest' is about a balance, between these (2) forces, or a shift towards knowing (having faith) that God can work (and does, ask Job & Joseph) through 'evil' and use it for 'good'. Notice that Jesus asks if it is okay to do good OR evil on the Sabbath. It is in understanding that God is working through ALL THINGS (faith) that one will find 'rest'. Further more, if one can grasp the idea that the 'law' was given as a blessing AND a curse, that ALL actions are then 'bound' to their particular 'wages', and as such Paul's comments in Romans 2:12-14 then become clear and relevant with regards to the effects of God's law, and it's application to one's actions, and so while even lacking knowledge of it [law] so as to be a 'law unto one self' if by 'nature' (love) the works of the law are met. Yet, at the same time, one should NOT be decieved into thinking that the 'works' of the law are limited to or by a 'positive' aspect, since the provisions of the law also stipulate 'rebellion' (God's law CANNOT be broken - and why transgress and rebellion are the terms used) and the associated 'wages' (curses) are also a 'truth'. Thus, the law is truth upon truth, unbreakable, and as such 'lawlessness' is a delusion, since all reap as they sow, and each are paid for their 'works' accordingly - and might I say... The Fathers Law is the 10 Commandments which are divided into 2 categories the first 4 being very long and clearly explicit on how Yahuah, (GOD) demands HE be worshiped. Brother, the passage is about keeping Sabbath, the seventh day, the 4th commandment. Correct. In Genesis 2 we discover that God sanctified the seventh day. He set apart this 24/48 hour period of time for physical rest and rejuvenation. ( It takes approximately 48 hours for all of the inhabitants of the Earth to observe the same day ). Hebrews 4 takes this Divine rest one step further; beginning with Adam and Eve, humanity may enter into and enjoy the spiritual rest of a gracious God. Just as all daily sustenance and providence was bestowed upon the inhabitants of Eden, so Israel could have experienced this in the Promised Land. By failing to do so, the promise of God is now left unto us, the body of believers in Jesus Christ. This spiritual rest is entered into when we come to God by faith, and can be experienced on a daily basis because we are having a daily walk with Christ.

Why do christians like to overcomplicate things. 😢. Simply put, the sabbath was made for man and not man for sabbath. Christ stated this when the pharisees tried to tempt him from healing on the hebrew sabbath day. Gods commandment is you work 6 days but rest on the 7th..you start counting again after the 7th day to work 6 days. Hence why Christ days the sabbath was made for man so he does not work 7 days. The New Covenant is simply that Jesus lives within us spiritually. If we are to walk as He did and He kept Sabbath...why should we not? Entering His rest means, eternity of Sabbath after He has come again and redeemed us as His bride. Do you murder? Do you steal? Do you have false idols? Do you believe God changes? Just remember that the papal church agreed with Constantine to change the Sabbath to Sunday because all the non Christian pagans would like this. God denotes exact days for certain feasts in the Torah. He doesn't say around a certain day do this. The same with the weekly Sabbath. It is Friday at sunset to Saturday sunset. Besides Genesis establishing that, when they were in the desert, manna did not appear on the 7th day, so a double portion was gathered on the 6th day. The Catholic church had no authority to change it to Sunday. Nobody has the authority to change His Word.

We rest on Saturday but not legalisticly. (Sunday is a busy day!) We just see it as a day when we chill out together, read scripture together and watch inspiring films. The weeks when we aren't able to rest fully on the Saturday are weeks when we find we are more tired and we feel out of sorts the following week. Even my unbelieving family really like that we have the day to ourselves to chill out 🙂 We don't adhere to it religiously, but we look forward to having the day off as often as possible x

HE made Holy days called HIS Sabbaths, appointed times, HIS holy convocation and not just HIS Seventh Day Sabbath. You may want to study Exodus 12&34; Leviticus 23; Numbers 28&29 to learn more about the appointed times but I recommend studying the first 5 books of the Bible because the Fathers Law is the 10 Commandments which are divided into 2 categories the first 4 being very long and clearly explicit on how Yahuah, (GOD) demands HE be worshiped. The second is the next 6 and they teach how we are to treat our fellow man, again the longest leaving no question about what is being said and their meaning. The 613 Mosaic Laws further expand on the 10 Commandments and are also broken into the same categories but also including how to treat Yahuah’s, (GOD’s) creation. Much love and blessings,

On the sermon on the mount we are shown the spiritual understanding of the law as opposed to the letter. Not committing murder or adultery does not make you spiritual, walking in love and not hating or lusting is walking in the spirit. Obedience to a physical day does not give you credit with GOD for obeying the law, it is counted as debt to you. Galatians 5,2 Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing. 3 For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law. 4 Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace. 5 For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith. We either walk in the spirit or the flesh, no in between. I read the comments after I had commented and it us full of ideologically possessed sabbatarians who are cursed, because they are trying to keep the law with their flesh, and are attacking anyone that does not "obey" their diktats. The really ironic part is not one of them actually keeps the sabbath even if they think they have the right day. They drive their cars, cook food and break the sabbath rules while pretending, because they think they know what day it is, that GOD will honour their sacrifice (which is not a sacrifice at all but deception of the carnal mind, the Israelites knew what day sabbath was, and the rules to obey on that day, and it did them no good either), pride comes before a fall. SDA are deceived and will be the first to line up and take the mark as they have already decided it is sabbath. Never run ahead of the spirit of God, wait upon the Lord, only King Saul and his kind fail to wait and pay the ultimate price for their disobedience and impatience because they fear the people and not GOD. The only way to fall from grace is to try and keep the works of the law (they teach we are lawless because they do not understand scripture at all). The law MUST be written on you heart and is a higher order law than the letter they seek to obey (and cannot anyway as they do it by the flesh). The purpose of the law was to bring you to Christ and so they are stuck having stumbled at that stumbling stone.

The voice in the wilderness was pointing to John’s voice leading people to see and hear the Messiah Jesus, the bringer of the Good News of the eternal rest in Him once they were raised from death to life while still living so that the second death had no power. God had completed all of creation and Jesus was present from the beginning and came to bring us all rest through belief in Him being God’s son. God finished creation and said it was good. Now man is altering creation through gene editing technology and creating life without needing a womb to reverse the curse by their works creating their new creations as mockery to God. We are not judged by days or feasts or meats, but by what’s in our hearts and comes out of our mouths and any evil work by our hands.
