Hi Debra. I’m Yvonne. I’m 75 and just came to the realization yesterday from watching your presentation of the 7 level video that I’m at level 3 (I haven’t seen the 3 levels one yet). I live alone with my cat in an apt. I’ve had some unusual stressors the last couple months and my memory has been severely impacted. I’m not hopeful that it will improve once the stressors are resolved. Thanks so much for your channel. I’ll be following it closely. 😊

It's might improve! When I was going through a lot of crap, I definitely noticed memory decline but after it was resolved I did get better, it took a few years to fully get back, but I did!!!!!!!
