Im so afraid my 5 year old daughter has been grinding her teeth more frequently it's just now starting to concern me. Have you tried any remedies to get rid of the teeth grinding?

It’s 5:16am and I’m up researching how to resolve this problem too! My 5 year old son is an extreme teeth grinder. It sounds painful and keeps me up at night. A few years ago I ordered a mouth guard from Amazon but never used it because it was too large for him I feared he’d choke on it. I’ll try my luck at this again.

Thank you for this video. I was wondering if tooth grinding could be intermittent rather than a permanent thing? I first noticed our son did it last night as he was unwell and slept in our bed. What a hideous noise 😰

Its so frustrating seeing my twins grinding their teeth whilst awake but dont do it in their sleep. Its really worrying having people look at you in a weird manner in public. I am just helpless
