Hi Jennifer Chew, I'm reviewing the exercise plan and have a question about the recommended volume. Three sets of 15 repetitions for each exercise/part would result in 45 repetitions per exercise/part. Assuming 40 exercise/parts are included in the plan, this translates to 1800 repetitions daily. I'm concerned that this volume might be excessive and potentially lead to overtraining. Could you please provide some insights or alternative suggestions? Best regards

Hi! I typically recommend only doing 5-6 different exercises per day. Wondering what you meant by doing 40 exercises per part ?
