I would also pass, as the hand looks better suited to defence than hoping to make 10 tricks. You have 3 aces and are sitting over declarer and the other two hands are likely to have about 9 points each so there’s a good chance that they won’t make their contract and you will end up with a positive score.

This looks like a part score hand for both sides. East probably has 5-7 points, you have 15, leaving 18-20 for West and North. Probably evenly divided, since they both passed. East has presumably seven spades, and A, K, Q between them (your jack would be much more valuable if you had a fourth spade as a guard), therefore seven spade tricks. Probably one more trick on "leftover" high cards, most likely down one, but possibly a fulfilled contract if there is a second high card trick or a dummy ruff. On your side, you probably don't have a game with your 24-26 point total; no apparent heart fit, and not likely to make five clubs even with fit unless you have closer to 28-29, no chance at 3NT with that long spade suit wide open. Imagine that you had gotten to 3 clubs without the preempt, and East had decided to sacrifice at 3 spades.

In 3rd hand, east can easily have a 5 count and can might likely only have 6 spades
