You come home from work and see a note on door that says gone to the store be back soon then hours and hours go by you have called and texted and called then worried and worried then she comes home higher than a kite and tells you I don't love you anymore and I found a new guy and he gives me the better sex than you ever could while you where working came home and took care of your kids and worried all day something bad could have happened to her instead something completely devastating happened to you instead. Now tell me that focusing on yourself and hating her is wrong.

This is a helpful video. I think this is what is happening with my husband and I, especially the point about the stories we tell ourselves about each other. This is a very critical point, and it truly turns to destroy instead of fixing, the more you focus on the negative things, you will turn to miss out on the positive things even if they are staring directly at you.
