ive done all this, its my first time doing returns and after 21 days nothing , i called Sars and they said they are gonna esculate my case because ive done everything they have asked, is there hope ill get my returns and how long

Here is my issue, the electronic refund date on the ITSA shows a date which falls on a Saturday, Will I still receive the refund or will it be sent through the following business day?

My ITSA balance shows the amount -8777 for Example but the refund status says no refund due

Please kindly advise I have submitted a wrong sars return and on the 1st one says I owe Sars and the second on the fringe benefit sars owes me I tried to dispute the first one but I can't win to delete. Will it affect my refund?

If you did submit a new return the first one will be taken as incorrect and therefore only consider the latest submission.

Yes they won't pay you if you owe them, so it will be an off-set.
