Step by step can be dangerous if you don't know how to swim, near the coast theres hidden holes in which you could slip and fall. But is a very beutiful place, is just too rocky.

Rincón is one of my favorite places on the west side of the island! There are a lot of places to go to and things to do in Rincón. One of the cheapest places to eat at near the “plaza” is “de Bocas” and it is really good. But, might I recommend “Pa’l Monte” which is in the mountain a little high up. It is really really good!! I describe it as Puerto Rican local food with a twist. Great video!

@@Bori_de_corazon yes, ma'am, you just nailed it; we're at RM2 in Rincon Inn 10th--17th this July; a bar downstairs taint the proboscis so much as the bassed-out stereos doing their casual drive byes, thrusting its Caribbean's cacophony into your quiet place until ghetto begins to fit you like an odd couture ; then there's these pairs, or worse, small groups of muffler-less bikers who must know their acoustic effect on neighborhood's night quiet is rattling , so to sink their nuisance fangs in, these nocturnal miscreants open throttle one by one just enough to make you aware that Depends also comes in Heavy Duty with air tight thigh wraps; conversely on the tenth, we're ecstatic about excess noise cause the bar below RI had a group of genuine jazz players , the kinda noise that makes a guy lucky

BTW, Jim, I think your fluency in Spanish is excellent. I'm originally from Chicago and at the age of 15 (after my father passed) I managed to convince my mother to move to PR. .. Best days of my life! Although I'm not there, my heart & soul are. You guys keep poppin' out those great videos and I hope you enjoy every day of your stay "en mi Islita Querida".

Hey guys! Nice video. We are from Rincon and it looks like you hit up most of the main tourist locations at least near the water. There is also a cool little waterfall called Ultimo Brinco and right next to Dome's Beach is a super cool trail that follows the Spanish Wall (the old sugarcane railway). On the southern side there are also some super cool and peaceful beaches and there are other places only locals know about (like the Goathouse). There are a few stories about Steps Beach. Some say a house was there and washed away. Others say they were dumped there along with a bunch of other construction waste by a construction company and those are what remain. Not only is Art Walk on Thursday pretty fun, but the Farmer's Market on Sunday morning is also a blast in the plaza. We sell flowers from our farm there. You can check out some of our videos of life here and on our farm.
