With a lifestyle and by moving the BIGGEST levers first, before getting into the smaller nitty gritties.

The biggest levers to move that bring the maximum impact are:

1️⃣ a balanced diet: something as simple as eating more fruits and vegetables. choosing whole grains over refined, eating protein in each meal etc. After that is in place you can get into this mineral or that fatty acid etc.

2️⃣ increased physical activity: both exercise and non exercise. Start with what you CAN do, what you have time for, what you actually enjoy so you will at least be consistent with, before debating which exercise is best.

3️⃣ sufficient sleep & stress management

4️⃣ minimize/give up smoking/alcohol
