Well I feel dumb this morning. 15 or more boxes from you guys and I have NOT ONCE opened the box correctly. I always go for the staples haha. I died when I saw that it literally says 'open' on the box. I've never had an issue with a package that wasn't FedExs fault. Yesterday I received 2 boxes. 3 maples 1 Cumberland. I took a video to send to my friends in Florida so they could see the box and how huge the trees are and how well they shipped. I added that my Hot Sauce and Jet Black are super hardy for this heat and they can go to Mr Maple to see trees they can grow in their yard in Florida. They are Sicilian and have been gardening forever lol! They were WOWED to see your trees and how healthy and vibrant they arrived. Thanks gentlemen!

What is funny is even with all the boxes I have gotten I do not recall ever seeing the open sign ROFL. I just see one side staples and the other side 3 strips of tape asking to be cut.

What to do if one of the little branches on the tree break? Should we snip it or keep it there and wrap it with tape?

Depends some on where it is. They will dry back to the next set of buds typically and push back out.

Great informational video! I am in Michigan, and I just placed an order for a couple of JM's from you that I will be receiving tomorrow. Is it ok to slip pot them in larger containers during this time of the year or should I leave them in the liners that you ship them in until fall this year or early spring next year? Mr. Maple. my bloodgood arrive a couple of months ago and it has grown a couple of inches already. It is a long stalk with no branching. Can I trim it in the spring to encourage some branching? Thanks for such a wonderful tree. Chuck

Guys- need your help asap! Just got my "fountain of Youth" and my "Gables Gory" from you here in Austin, TX. They are predicting 103 for the next 7 days or so. I am so afraid to even keep them in the shade cuz of their black pots! Should I acclimate them POSSIBLY by putting them OUT AT NIGHT, and taking them inside during the day? Night temps are in the mid 70s. So far i'm keeping them in a sunny window on the east side of the house. HELP?

Thanks so much for my trees. I purchased an Olsen's Frosted Strawberry and a Moon rise. This is the second week of April, and they are beautifully full of leaves! I was so surprised when I opened the box! Thank you so much, and thanks for this video! I didn't realize there would be no instructions in the box and I was half scared to death, but here you are, answering all my questions! Thank you so much!
