I’ve never really been mentally smart at things like this so I just feel so hopeless and don’t know what direction to turn. I’m considering just saving it for when I have a family and continuing to live my normal life because I don’t know where to start and the money gives me anxiety
@crappychef19602 жыл бұрын
Wow thats a great financial headstart , and If you are smart with it you could lead a very comfortable life or even retire before most of your friends even pay off their mortgage. Not a financial advisor but if I were in your situation I would probably live as if very little of that $200k existed until I’m at least 26 or even 28. If possible try to invest most of that money into appreciating assets to grow your poftfolio or something that earn passive income (don’t just leave it in your savings account. Better yet it’s also not a bad idea invest in yourself (on skills that could last a lifetime). Good luck you got this!!!!
