@@celenial6009 Well that's just wrong. My Hero has a lot of backbone. It's one of the few series that actually takes a serious look a superhero society, has a great cast (especially the villains), and has pretty decent pacing (which can be oddly rare for a shounen)

In my opinion, Season 5 will either end at the scene with Hawks’ monologue, about the new generation of Heroes getting stronger each day. (Ch. 246) or it could end with Ch. 258. Where all the students had gathered and heroes were on their way to the hospital.

I think it’ll be in Vigilantes. When Season 5 is finished the anime would be pretty much caught up to the manga, so a Vigilante anime would let the manga get an arc or 2 ahead

@@roticidal But there's no garuntee that Vigilanties will be animated. When season 5 finishes it will have covered the Joint Training Arc and (probably) the Meta Liberation Army arc. (If they decide to do both arcs for season 5). And then there's the Endevour hero agency arc and the arc currently in progress in the manga. Which I think will have finished by the end of season 5. So, the anime won't catch up to the manga just yet. Close, but not there yet. And so I hope, if Vigilanties isn't gonna get it's own show, that Aizawa's backstory is put in a special OVA, or worked into the Joint Training Arc (where I'd think it'd work)

@Forever Young Thanks for the info but as per what I know, the first year of UA isn't even done yet, so that's hardly 33% of the manga finished, considering the pacing is the same for all the semesters. Also even if UA were to finish early, the story is about Midoriya becoming the number 1 hero, and I don't think he will officially get the title just out of the bat from graduating UA. So, I think it will probably take longer.

So My predictions for Season 5 Pro Hero Arc: 1 episode Joint Training: 6 episodes My Hero Villainemia arc (Based off the manga cover): 10 Episodes Endeavor Agency Arc: 4 episodes Filler during the Endeavor Agency Arc: 3-4 Episodes (This would mainly show other agencies like you said, Uraraka and Tsuyu, Iida, Tokoyami, Kirishima and Tetsutetsu, and Mineta, Sero, and Kaminari will be main focus episodes and the rest of Class A and B will be shown during the ending sequences with the episodes. War Arc: 1 Episode/ The Setup (This could just be the students showing off their training then the information about the doctor)

kristal fisher Like I’ve had issues with this season’s Finale because it could’ve used one more episode to match the other 2 seasons that are both 26 episodes and it cut off the pro hero arc by 1 chapter. The next chapter could’ve been good build up into season 5, but unfortunately season 5’s gonna start off literally where we last left our heroes.

Salman Warsama Unfortunately the arcs for this next season are much shorter as well. I know that saying there’ll be more filler based off of that alone is pushing it, but I figured they wouldn’t really start the war arc late in this season at least not for how long it might be. During season 2 they had the Froppy Episode sure, but the work studies are a different environment than the internships and perfect ground for development of many major characters before the war arc at once. There’s at least several people who can be covered at once.

Season 5 will cover chapters 190-257. They will finish the joint training by the end of episode 10, mva will start on episode 11, and end by 18 or 19. Then the rest of the season will be the endeavor internship and the aizawa meeting. Everything will end on the then the heroes disappeared chapter

@@Its_Dende exactly, here's me doing calculations expecting the joint arc to end by episode 12 for us to move into my favourite arc... then I hear they're swapping the arcs and added with anime only (filler episodes) of episode 1 and I think episode 16. the flashbacks are cool with Tsyu and her ability but flashbacking three or four times with shinso and deku is annoying. i REALLY hope they won't rush the arc that's been swapped for the sake of the movie coming out in august or cut it short because I will be very angry. I genuinely think they need at least more than 7 episodes for MVA and as far as I'm seeing, adding another anime-only episode is annoying

SPOILER about a prediction for how they'll end Season 5: I don't think it will leak into the War arc I think they'll use 2-3 episodes basically showing Aizawa's backstory and who shirokumo is and then end the season on the big reveal of who our teleporting friend is. Since the story is written in MHA Vigilantes, it wouldn't be hard to adapt to anime.

@@speedy4574 honestly I don't think you should keep your hopes up for a fast end. Mha has picked up a lot of momentum and I don't think horikoshi will stop soon. Plus it's been really good and since Mha is seasonal the filler is much less than a weekly Anima like black clover or naruto

Not like One Piece where the hero hasn't really achieved any of his original goals from what I hear and it's been like 2 fucking decades. If Deku isn't defeating the main villain, becoming the symbol of peace and detroit smashing Uraraka at some point then I will consider this series a failure. There needs to be a conclusion. The creators of Breaking Bad were smart enough to know when to end their show yet so many others don't see that.
