If I were in your shoes I wouldn't be worried about if you have a "good" case. Whether a case is "good" is completely subjective. I would be mostly concerned about getting a fair settlement and maximizing the value of your case. If you have an attorney I would suggest asking them what their thoughts are on the value of your case. Your attorney should be familar with case values in the jurisdiction presiding over your case.
