I just started my career in Real estate. My first year I know for a fact I will make 100k. (Law of attraction) My leads are consistently coming in, and by starting with a smaller company I am getting more attention and training to make me the next top producing agent in NJ! This video is great but comparing yourself to what the average does will only make you average

Q Makes It Happen thanks for asking! It was extremely fun! What I realized after was that you can’t just get your license and start making money, you need to learn the ins and outs and how to write contacts etc. nothing that the real estate school teaches you, but after the first 6 months I finally closed my first deal and by the second year I sold many houses. My second year in real estate was very successful and I was able to reach many of my goals! The first year is slow, but learning and being knowledgeable is key to being confident and comfortable about your work

I have invested 1000 for permanent salesman license in South Carolina so far. Includes Unit1 and Unit 2 sales that is now required to have both before being licensed in South Carolina. Plus fees for testing and license.
