What to Feed Your Frontosa Cichlids!

Is it just any type of shrimp? Like that we would by for ourselves or shrimp geared toward fish?

Raw Peeled Shrimp. You can usually get 1lb frozen for around $5 depending on what grocery stores you shop at. This video shows what I feed them now! kzbin.info?o=U&video_id=qibdJOYa
