Omg I remember when Brickell wasn't a neighborhood but just a hub for banks and had like a handful apartments that were built in the 50s & 60s. That neighborhood along with Wynwood has drastically changed since 2000-ish wow

What's it like to live in South Miami?

Hey Ian, great question man. When I first moved here 6 years ago, I was in aw. South Miami is a beautiful place. Literally, so much to see and do here. You would never get bored. Many business opportunities, and really anything you want to do it is here. They only negative side is that it is expensive and is a very fast paced lifestyle. I read an article that said Miami is around 20% higher in living cost than other American cities. On top of that, days go by fast because there is so much to do. I feel sometimes that I am running from thing to thing. Life is what you make it, however, Miami is an animal that must be controlled. Because if you let all that is going on consume you, you will feel very overwhelmed. Just my opinion from living here. Thanks for the comment!
