This video and the video to which it leads you, are the best and simplest explained fitness and health videos of all time. I mean, if anyone can’t understand and apply what we’re learning here, and for free… should simply watch it once more all over again

Thanks for the detailed explanation, i want to apply cupping for treatment of a scar tissue to help release the adhesion. Im also wondering if cupping is also beneficial to wrist tendinitis, based on increased blood flow, it may help to increase the recovery in the tendons??

This was one of the best videos on cupping for me. I got 3 surgeries in 3 years, the last 2 one on both knees. So I figured out, that some muscles are now glued to my skin, this is how I would describe it. Beside rolling on a lacrosse ball (most of the time on 2 of them), I want to increase my movement by using these kind of cups. Thanks for all the "between the lines" information like how you use which cup for which issue or technique. Can you maybe also show how to use it by oneself oon difficult body parts as back? Can I put then upwards down on the floor and just lay on them???

I like the video, but i disagree with your explanation of dry cupping and wet cupping.I had wet cupping before (done on me)and wet cupping is,when the practitioner uses a small scalpel and makes very small cuts into your skin, then places the cup on it and creates the vacuum.the blood will then come out and collects in the cup. i remember being amazed about the colour of the blood, some was almost black. After wet cupping you should not have a shower for 24 hours.
