In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

And as soon as I started watching this video I realized how shy and how much of an introvert you are by the way you started to talk that improved as you got more comfortable with the audience.

Yet charisma is one of the attributes he identifies for being a good leader... how ironic.

Correlation vs causation. Charisma is a valuable trait to have to build relationships which is at the core of being a good leader, but that doesn't mean one has all the other skills and experience to lead people effectively.

All I can think about is John and Danny right now. Danny is letting her ego overwhelm her. It's corrupting her vision of being breaker of chains and bringing safety to the realm. I have to agree with Lord Varys at this point. John is displaying all the characteristics this man presents as essential for bring a great leader. He had it all, and now after doing aerial combat on Rhaegal's back against the Night King, he absolutely has propelled his people's trust into faith.

This is interesting and contains some good points. Couple of points are definitely more the management style of command and control. Ego should be Conviction. Charisma should be passion. Some good information but ultimately there are key elements missing. Also, leaders lead people so state that managers are about people is incorrect. I would say he hit about 30% but then he is coming from the industrialized command/control perspective still. I am a collaborative leadership advisor. I work with managers and help them realize the inner leader.
