Tried the "because theres a small chance we cant even do anything for you" bit and client replied well if you cant help me then I'll find someone else.. CLICK! Dang, some clients are so jacked up on caffeine and have such short fuses and attention spans its boggles the mind sometimes. You cant even get out any type of retort -- this is due to so many salespeople in our lives pushing at people all day long. Everyone is stressed to the bone. Just my .02. it’s just that “once they leave the lot” for most sales, they never buy. For most sales you have to close them on the spot or it’s over.
