Thank you, it has been a pleasure to watch this video. (with the English subtitles). This seems to be one of the more pristine trails, and I will be planning to go there. The Siharaja Forest certainly something I want to see on my visit to Sri Lanka. I very much appreciated your explanation of the endemic flora and fauna and will be looking out for these.

I just sent a message, but it seems to have dissapeared from the chat. I will give it another try: I visited the Sinharaja with some friends, based in a small open hut in 1981, where we spent a few wonderful days and nights. I have always wondered whether I might be able to find out where it was. If you have the time and are interested perhaps you might have a look, I have sent you an album link with some photographs from then. If you do not regognise it, it was worth a try. PS: Unfortunately the message did not go through again; apparently this furum doesn't accept links, but here is the message anyway
