I love this! I have been watching your videos for a few months now and have been struggling with finally opening my shop. I love customized things and I wouldn’t want to sell something that I wouldn’t buy myself. So personally I wanted to sell customized items but didn’t want to actually do the customizing myself (I wanted something strictly passive where I am not needed daily to make items). Hi... your videos are so informative! I was wondering if you could help me with a question I have. Where do you get your graphics for your digital items ? do you have to purchase graphics off of somebody on Etsy that allows for commercial use or do you use Canva pro? I want to make sure that I don't get into any licensing issues . I have Adobe illustrator but am not a designer and certainly would not be able to draw any of those graphics myself. Any tips you can give would be very much appreciated !

Hi! I get graphics from lots of different places! I use creative fabrica a lot to download fonts and premade elements and then I upload them into Canva or Kittl to continue my design! I like Kittl bc they have an AI feature that’s really helpful in my designing process. Kittl also has a more clear policy with using their graphics in designing for commercial use Canva pro can be used similarly but they have policies on not using their graphics or templates as stand alone downloads you must make edits as a part of a design! Which most people do tho:) If you’re using a diff design app, I would check out AI and CF for elements you can bring into that app

Hi there, there's something I've been wondering,.. when setting up my Etsy account at first, I had to make a Shipping Profile with the options Etsy displayed. I'm doing print on demand with Printify integrated with Etsy though, now I'm wondering if the one I set up in the start is irrelevant, because I learnt we use Printify's shipping profile automatically. Does that mean we use the one Printify sent only? Thnx

Ok, a question about pillowcases: It's no news to anyone that Etsy now requires that the product in the photo offered to the customer be EXACTLY what the customer will receive. How can we promote a pillowcase without a pillow, I mean, just the pillowcase? A lot of accounts have been banned just for this reason...

Hi Mak, I have an Etsy question.. I am planning to open an apparel store for Dog lovers wherein I will be putting designs for Top 19 Top dog breeds in U.S.A and the 20th section would be dedicated to other dog breeds.. Now my question is that Should I only put 1 product that is t-shirts on my store OR Should I rather have 2-3 products (t-shirts, mugs, blankets) under each dog breed section to give the customer more buying options and thereby also increase my Average Order Value?
