I totally agree with u, self love is definitely a thing , no one has to give us worth or make us feel happy it does generate from us but , but on the other hand no matter how much self love u give to urself there will be a place that can only be fulfilled by a mate let it be men or women fulfilled as such , a mate by giving love enriches the other person it crrat3s more love hence when the mate fails to understand this the other mate will always have a feel of lack. I always stun at d way Dr. Shalini approach a question or situation. I praise her first of all... also u r doing some good stuff bro... very few utube channels I c... one among tat is ur series... recently supreme court has announced tat marital rape after d age of 15 is not a rape.... my view is even if it occurs at d age of 40 is still a rape... pls give this question to Dr. Shalini well before d interview so tat she can study some of the debates that occurs in parliament and in court and then she can give her view to us both from PSYCHOLOGICAL AND ECOLOGICAL PERSPECTIVE... I think this is an important question for the society and her view will make us understand how to approach this issue

Dr. Shalini is a big inspiration for her thoughts and answers on any subject. The only thing I could not agree with this video not giving privacy for young men. More men are addicted to pron because their biological needs are meet relatively later than their puberty. If you omit the pron, sexual instincts will take different forms like depression, irritation, and child abuse/rape. Even if you are involved in sports/politics, you can distract the biology for too long. The avoidance of sex/ pron is not recommended, channeling them right way will give a better outcome. This won't work in Indian social structure.
