You can definitely look into universities that offer transit systems and go the class B route for a couple of years. That’s what I did. And then switch to class A once you turn 21.

I briefly worked for Shamrock Foods in here in California and during my road test the guy told me they hired an 18 year old Class A driver. He ended up quitting!!!! Imagine being 18 making $30hr and quitting??!!!! Hahahahah

Trash companies! Route trucks dont leave the state and pay well home everyday 10-12 hour shifts. Made 70k after taxes my first year.
