Me: scrambled egg on killer dave’s toast with dairy free “butter”
And side salad salted with everything but the bagel seasoning
Arrow: Egg cut into strips with handheld chunks of cucumber avocado and cut tomatoes’
✭ SPICED UP FROZEN LUNCH & ABB TOAST ✭
Me: Frozen Tj’s Potstickers (boil for 8-10 minutes) with chili crunch and soy sauce (you can add fresh green onion if you have it). I paired mine with some fresh Papaya to offset all the saaaalty
Arrow: TOASTED killer dave’s bread with almond butter (salt free) and smashed berries (yum with any berries but make sure you cut up blackberries and SMASH blueberries) paired with Papaya too, YUM.

Chicken: (boil chicken for 10-12 minutes and shred or blend)
Pizza: Cauliflower Crusts with melty Viola Colby Jack Shredded Cheese topped with our shredded chicken.

Can you do a video on Arrow’s food allergies/ sensitivities (I know you had mentioned dairy and soy before and noticed you have given almond butter instead of peanut) and how that has affected your experience with introducing solids to her and and you with your breastfeeding diet? I am experiencing the same thing with my daughter and it can be challenging and worrisome at times, but it seems like you have it down! Thank you for great inspo.
