Yes it’s a very simple trip to make. Quick flights from the US, time zone central, and transport is a breeze! Most people come by themselves!

I have a question.....if you do raw till dinner how do you get enough protein in? I'm in the process of changing my diet and want to do it right. We get plenty in the form of seeds, greens and small amounts in raw fruits and veggies, and the addition of some organic protein powder, and plenty at dinner with legumes, beans, whole grains, etc! Every food contains at least some small amount of protein that adds up to enough if you are eating a varied and well-balanced diet!
