Don't judge how messy our kitchen is-we've been busy. Another day, another 3+ meals to fuel us during our workouts. It's not peak season, so we're eating less than usual, but the flavor and fun is still alive. We don't count calories, but we focus on good nutrition, eat intuitively, include every color of the rainbow, and make sure to have a good balance of fats, proteins, and carbs.
