Labels are definitely changing. I get the egglife egg white wraps and those went up 5 calories per wrap but ingredients look the same unless something was added that is not in the ingredients list. Also Lily's baking chips went up by 5 calories per serving and even the turkey bacon I buy went up by 5 calories per serving. So lots of food and nutrition label changes happening and it seems to be for the worse (increasing calories and adding junk) rather than for the better 😭😭😭

I love love neon pink. I was in high school in the 80s and wore all the neon colors. I had a pair of pants that each had a square with a neon color. They were black with a different neon colors in each one with granny boots lol. Back then I had cool neon clothes. I haven’t even looked for a bathing suit this year. I may have one I can wear all my others are to big. I need one with a skirt to hide all the flabby skin on my thighs. If I have skin removal surgery I would probably lose 20 to 30 pounds. I am gonna talk to a dr and see what he has to say. He specializes in bariatric skin removal. Big huge surgery and I am scared, but I need it so bad it is causing skin issues.
