I would suggest an overhead cross bar to keep your two post lift from pulling bolts out of the floor. "Simple" as bolting a bit of bar stock to the ceiling joists, and tying the top of each lift top to that ceiling unit with additional bar stock. Make it bolt together so it can be installed easier, as well as removable down later. As for your Keurig for the warehouse shop, you should see if you could get it custom wrapped with some LZ style logos or something.
