In the game against the Ducks back in October? 155 yards rushing allowed, two TFL and NO sacks of Gabriel. In the rematch against them in the Rose Bowl? Eight sacks-13 TFL and minus 23 yards rushing!! That is MAJOR belt to ass!!

I posted numerous times last week that if the Dline could get big paws up and bat down/deflect passes when they couldn’t get to duck QB it would be huge and it was exactly that by getting them off schedule. I’m so glad they got to him , confused him which helped our back seven. Just keep it up against Texas QB.
@shawnwirt65484 күн бұрын
They even stopped going to Smith after the first half lol

Just tell the team that Texas is like Oregon, but better at almost every position. They are dominant in the trenches on both sides of the ball and they have explosive playmakers all over the field. So if Texas gets hot they can do a lot of damage quickly. Also, Quinn Ewers thinks he's too good to play for OSU and he thinks his WRs,TEs, RBs, and his Texas Defense are better. That should get the OSU player's attention and attract their focus.
@j-washtruckingllc20483 күн бұрын
The way the team keeps their edge is... No wins over Michigan No Big Ten championships No National championships And I think these kids especially the juniors and seniors understand that. I think they'll stay motivated.

Can't get too high. Texas is a physical team, we will have to stop the run and probably will have to let it fly on offense again. OH

I know Simmons didn't get to play for a whole year, but right now Donnie is looking like the better T. He handles the speed rushers better. Maybe it's the schematics that is helping him too
@roris58823 күн бұрын
Donny was a 5 Star freak Offensive Tackle in high school. He's not the tallest guy because he's only 6'4.5", but he has a 7' wingspan. That's why he can play any position on the O-Line.

This is a new world for college football. Is it possible that TTUN is now irrelevant to our season? If we win this thing, does Michigan even matter?? To us old schoolers, yes. But not as much as it used to matter. All I want is for the Bucks to win the national title!
@Justin-pq3rq4 күн бұрын
Been saying this for years. Could care less about Michigan. I want nattys
@joshuawise14114 күн бұрын
I only say yes because I went to the Ohio State wichigan game lol I was 💔 but a Natty would make me feel better!
@jeffreymcdowell71894 күн бұрын
No they are very relevant.. Do you really think this team is playing like this without the pressure created by that loss... The players Really shook up the coaches And they had to challenge themselves to gameplan in a way that maximize their playmakers. Also they scrapped plays the new line couldn't execute
@traviswalker41264 күн бұрын
Ya beating mich and getting beat in first round isn’t ideal
@MindFist4 күн бұрын
@jeffreymcdowell7189 The backlash against the loss, absolutely! But what I'm saying is that TTUN is just a speed bump these days. Apparently irrelevant if National titles are the priority.

All of this jubilation after being embarrassed in the horseshoe by Michigan, a team with no offense. Please, explain to me how these powerful Buckeyes could only score 10 meager points against their nemesis? Even a national title won't negate that catastrophic humiliation. They are lucky the format changed to12 teams instead of four, tainting the accomplishments of any team ranked below four. Hail to the Victors!😅😅😅

@roris58823 күн бұрын
Yup, they cannot afford to underestimate Texas because they spent more NIL then OSU on their current roster. So Day better not choke another game away and fall short again. Keep the foot on the gas because the only direction is forward.

Ok, who's getting the lunatic fridge shirts made up for next season. Go bucks #lunaticfridge
@roris58823 күн бұрын
None of these Top 10 Playoff Wins matter if Ryan Day gets close to winning a Natty and chokes by falling short again. That's why his team must be ready to play Texas by not taking their foot off the gas or getting big heads, like they accomplished something because they are listening to the fanboys.
