@@eljordinio7647 you don’t want the Pokédex quest I get that it was a bit tiring catching multiple of the same Pokémon for it. I thought the battles were fun though loved Pokémon actually attack you in the wild most people loved that a lot and want it in the main games as well because they are dangerous creatures, guess you didn’t like having to dodge and throw stuff at the Pokémon and just wanted turn base battles.

@@shadowwizard2383 it's not the dodging aspect that's the problem. It's the cursed strong and agile styles. Unless ur at a pretty high level, you either get to move twice but your opponent might still live, or they can attack you twice in a row and finish you off before you can even move, or you use a strong style move that they withstand and you cannot do anything until they've taken you out. They're a pain to use in Legends Arceus and I just want them gone completely or just keep the strong and agile styles while keeping the turn based battle system and removing the strong style drawback

Add online battle mode, include breeding for shiny alphas (permutation was awful in pla) and bring back held items and hidden abilities. Do not shinylocke Volcanion and diancie or floette AZ or any of the legendaries. Include new and old returning megas. That’s the only way this legends ZA game is going to be good, because if they shinylocke the legendaries or the old mythicals what that is going to end up doing is angering gamers, why in the world should Volcanion who is an old mythical remain shinylocke? Heck, why should any of the legendaries be shinylocked, that was my number one complaint about SV’s dlc and my biggest complaint about PLA which is what ultimately held back from being anywhere near my top 10 favorite Pokémon games, infact it’s because of this that I rank PLA so low, also because it mechanically was terrible because of the horrendous permutation method for shiny alphas, shiny hunting should be easy not an entire process and even then breeding should be a huge part out of any Pokémon including the legends series as a whole, make breeding for strong shiny alphas possible, bring back the ever stone, held items and hidden abilities, make obtaining higher ivs less reliant on rng and more reliant on chaining up the ivs. Also PLA’s gameplay was excessively grindy and repetitive and obtaining the shiny charm is near impossible to do without articifically increasing your playtime.

@@vivi011108 yeah. The sun moon battle towers were the best! Getting a random chance to battle a former champion from all previous regions. Black 2 white 2 had a tournament mode to go against past trainers, which was fine and a MUST for the gen 5 remakes. For now, I just want a battle tower back

My primary hope is that they don't waste their concepts. What I mean is very simple - If it's a 2 stage or single stage Pokemon, give it an evo. If it's a 3 stage Pokemon that is already strong, give it a regional or convergent. Megas should ideally only be given to 3rd stage Pokemon that are so much weaker than the typical 3rd stage Pokemon that it would take a very large stat buff to make them decent. Obviously this doesn't factor in how good the Megas themselves end up being, but since it's likely Megas still won't be a permanent fixture of the series I want most of the good ideas being used on things that can still be transferred to future games.

I'm really curious if they are even going to bring back the "styles" mechanic. Because the flavor of them was more of a martial arts-inspired thing that fits Hisui's setting very well. But translating that to European martial arts, while possible, requires some aesthetic changes. I wonder if they will change "styles" to "stances", with the idea being that now combat is more of a fencing thing to match the setting. If we don't get abilities, this would be a great way of implementing Aegislash's form changes. If you use "Offensive Stance", Aegislash turns into its sword form, if you use "Defensive Stance" it turns into its shield form. Offensive Stance is the new Strong Style, and Defensive Stance could be a version of the Agile Style that is all about taking hits. You can also simply add an Agile Stance that functions just like Agile Style.

Personally, there's only two things I really want to see from Legends Z-A. Those being: 1. More mega evolutions. Of course we know we're getting megas back if the trailer for the game is anything to go by. It'd be cool though if added more new Mega evolutions as well. I'd especially like to see megas for the Kalos Starters and Flygon. 2. The ability to battle in multiplayer. Mostly so we can play around with whatever new Pokemon they add in competitive as soon as Legends Z-A comes out instead of waiting until Gen 10 in late 2025 or 2026. As soon who envisions Legends Z-A as a game that could be more faithful to the original game mechanics (due to Mega Evolution), I would love to be able to actually battle people with the new Pokemon and Megas even if some of them could be absolutely ridiculous.

All of these qualities and it came out before all of the recent Pokémon games & still much better while retaining its series identity. Z-A follows that games patterns and it'll already be superb.

@@znason302 maybe a Charcadet evolution that's a turquoise-green knight with retractable purple blades above his wrists that can not only slice through the toughest of armor or substances but also leave burn marks that take at least 48 hours to fade without water or cool compress. And he can shoot powerful fiery red energy from his palms that are so hot, even the hardest of stone will melt in an instant. Heck, to really make him stand out, give him retractable wings that let him fly so fast he is likened to a meteor in flight He could have evenly matched special and physical attack at 125 a piece, 95 defenses on both sides so he's fairly bulky without being a tank, and 120 speed. For abilities, obviously flash fire, and I guess weak armor since Armarouge and Ceruledge both have them. Although maybe to spice it up, give it a totally new ability. Something like flaming aura which boosts all his stats at once every time he gets hit. Oh yeah the type would be fire and fighting cos at least a starter isn't getting it for once. His whole concept could be similar to how dusk Lycanroc is a mixture of the midday and midnight forms. In this case, he is extremely loyal to his trainer and will fight fair and honourably, however he will act extremely ruthless and merciless towards those who either offend him or his trainer and their reputation. His eyes will glow a bright green when excited by fighting and is an extremely skilled warrior in both long range and close quarters fighting. Both his fighting styles can come in the forms of his new moves Plasma Sphere (referencing the energy he can fire from his hands that can burn the target AND raise special attack with each use) and Red Excalibur (a high crit rate fighting move where his retractable purple swords will glow red and the user strikes with a fierce fighting spirit that can cause a burn. Plus swordfights are a thing) I know that's kinda broken but we have non Legendary Pokemon who are broken enough as it is so what the heck

Honestly i kinda want a 3rd style called 'technical style that reduces the power of the given move and uses 2pp instead of 1 but increases accuracy and the chance of the moves secondary effect For example if i used fire blast in technical style it's accuracy increased to 95 and it's chance to burn the target is increased let's say to around 65% but it's power is reduced to 100 That might be a little OP but remember fire blast only has 5pp meaning technical style would only be usable twice Edit: this would also make focus miss almost usable

Open world. Challenge gyms in any order you choose but make the gym leaders stronger as you progress. If I battle Clemont as the first gym leader, his Pokemon will be Lv 12-14 (2 Pokemons) If I battle him as the eighth, his Pokemon will be Lv 58-60 I guess (3 Pokemons)

I agree with your take on double battles, i liked those and sky battles when playing Y version, i mainly want to see team flare, Lysandre's friendship with Professor Sycamore, the protag's friend group, and Zygarde's lore be expanded and improved upon, because they all felt incomplete in a way, i also want some 3d sprites be changed, I'm in the minority that they're pretty decent, but i do agree that some need a remake, Blastoise Is one, i would also like of most megas weren't locked away in postgame, it would be pretty stupid seeing as megas are one of the main focuses of X and Y, i also want new megas or evolutions, specifically given to underrated mons like Froslass and Dragalge, or new mons, since X and Y had the smallest roster of new mons since gen 2, anyway, really good video Mystic, keep up the good work Oh yea, and MAKE AZ'S FLOETTE OBTAINABLE DANGNABIT

i can say what I don't want - new mega evolutions. I don't like the gimmick and I don't think they learned from the mistakes with the past megas. I do want new regional forms and new pokemon. Also Eternal Floette doesn't need to be in this game since it belongs to AZ. I want the battle system to be the same as SwSh and SV but that won't happen since Legends are using a worse battle system for the action RPG aspect.
