I have sprayed weak stands of Switch in the early spring with Glyphosate. In Southern Michigan that is the first part of April when the Switch has not sprouted up yet. It has worked extremely well for me.

WOW Randy the Switch looks GREAT. We have fought Mares Tails and it is REALLY REALLY difficult to kill. I have never used Stinger in the past, but will give it a try in the future. Is your tractor a 3046r? Thanks for sharing, Bob

I own 40 acres and there are two fields by the house that are both an acre each that we mow as an extension of our lawn. I have to walk thru the 2 fields to access my hunting area. Would it benefit both me and the wildlife to turn it into switch. I really dont want to mow it anymore.

I have a similar amount of property. Planting about 3 acers in 20' to 50' wide strips that are of various lengths has been one of the best things I have done. Real World Wildlife Products has the best Switch in my opinion. Plenty of time yet this year to start prepping your ground for a winter frost seeding.

Looks like parts of Illinois have a good chance of going dry. Seems mentioning the Mississippi so much gives the wrong impression.
