I'd like to see flight comparisons of dyed vs undyed discs. Disc or Disc Golf history is also interesting. Thanks for all the hard work that goes into these videos!

What did that tree do to you 😂 Idea: which manufacturer produces the most consistent mold run to run? Like how every year of sexton firebird flies completely different

I love this idea

That tree is supposed to have been cut down already, ironically it is still there lol

@ I can only imagine how difficult a video like that would be to create. Thank you for all the videos!

No, thank YOU for an amazing 2024, Greg! I don't think I've missed an episode all year and don't plan on it in 2025. Among all the other drops, I really got into the comparison of plastic types. Maybe doing that for other brands would be rad? MVP, Axiom, and Streamline, maybe? I hope your holidays are amazing and here's to 2025!

Besides my comparing shoes idea (Vessies vs Syncrasys) I mentioned on another video, here's a few more ideas: 1. Is there a way to get a disc more stable again (reverse beat in?) 2. Delving into disc design and what elements make for over-stability and under-stability. For instance the Roc3 and the Pyro have concave edges on their rims, which helps make them more stable, some other over-stable discs have flatter edges but lower parting lines (Reactor, Zone, etc), which also adds stability. These greatly effect hand-feel. (especially on forehand, IMO). Handfeel is very subjective, but could still make for an interesting video, especially if you talk about mold design. The Simon Line Balance (Prototype) was specifically designed with Simon's handfeel notes, which led to its flight being too similar to the Pyro and Runway. Make sure to talk about beads. Also, Discraft embossing on the interior rim. 3. Best discs/plastics/speeds/stabilities for skipping/ground play. My ESP Zone skips much further and more consistently than my Neutron Tempo, for instance. I would really love a whole episode on ground play. Should more players use hammer/scoober approaches to take advantage of the top of the disc sliding on the ground? Are puddle topped discs terrible at that? 4. Does glide really matter? Time how long throws of similar distances stayed in the air. Some discs certainly feel glidey, anyone who thinks that second number is made up should throw a Glitch then a Berg and then change their mind... but does a Matrix really have less glide than a Reactor? Does a P model S (3/5/0/2) really more than 5 times the glide of a Pig (3/1/0/3)? Glide is in many ways the most controversial and most "doesn't matter" of all the numbers, so why do we care about it? 5. Best discs for/ what makes a disc good for: non standard shots. Is something like a Tilt or Apocalypse advantageous for forehand rollers and/or thumbers/tomahawks? Are beat in Stingrays/Rollos/Paradoxes better for backhand rollers/Hammers and Scoobers? This would make a good episode to have guest stars. Love your videos. Can't wait to see what you come up with next year!

I will have to rewatch the Trilogy/House of Discs video. One thing that bugs me about their plastic situation is the lack of Royal line discs for the Westside brand.

I think you create some of the most interesting content, but If you could maybe throw a handful of times and try to compare the two that had the most similar release/nose/launch angles would be great. Sometimes they’re obviously widely different throws.
