Gixxer, baby! So much YES!!! Next...radiator and oil cooler guards. Next...cut weight and complexity costing next to nothing. PAIR system removal and block off plates. Re-route crank case breather hose from into airbox to atmosphere while cappping off airbox. If this bike has it, remove fuel vapor charcoal system while vacuum capping intakes. Completely remove exhaust servo system. No servo buddy needed with ECU flash which is next, along with full exhaust. Tell ECU flasher EVERYTHING. What's been removed from bike, where you live, what exhaust and air filter you're running,.... Keep stock paper air filter. Don't even go K&N, let alone Sprint. Slight performance gains aren't worth loss of superior filtration a stock paper filter gives. Finally, AiM dash. Any money left? If so use for brakes. Start with front pads and front master cylinder. Stock suspension gets it done for street riding and casual track days. Just make sure preload, compression, and rebound are set correctly for your weight and type of riding.

All spot on, where did you run the hose for your crank case breather? Without making a mess everywhere with oil residue

Sort out the brakes: brembo master cylinder/ braided lines/ brembo z04 pads. Full yoshimura r11 system and tune. Some nice led turn signals front. I would spent the rest on gilles tooling rearset instead of a dash :)

It's nice to see you are wokring on a GSXR! Generally I see you are working mostly with BMWs and Ducatis. Ya, the tail section is a bit tricky to get the tail fairing back on but once you learn it, it shouldn't take long next time onwards. I got the 2023 version and heavily modified it to look way different than how it came from the factory. :)

One step closer to a Hayabusa for the channel. In my opinion, go with a Brocks full exhaust system. My 24 CBR1000RR has the same pain the ass process for removing the plate fender. The Busa was super easy, no need for a tail tidy, & removing of plastics. The bracket that holds the plate is your tail tidy

@@Motomillion I hear ya on that. This is where the quality of Jap bike start really showing compared to the Italian one's tho. For $20k, you are in RSV4 territory and with another $5k you can do a fairly good amount of mods on the Ape. All in, $25k. Needs nothing else.

I'd probably add a Nitron N3 shock, maybe change the front fork oil, add some crash protection, and call it a day. Adding things like tail tidy's, ECU flash, and aftermarket exhaust generally makes the bike a lot less durable. It's so easy to mess up the electrics when installing a tail tidy.
