I went through this stuff when I used to buy Supreme (to wear, not resell) the hard way for years. Every week, season, and year more and more hype would grow and it would be impossible to buy what you want without a bot 90% of the time. I buy Pokemon cards seldom, but I find this whole thing fascinating and I'm surprised it's only becoming a problem now. Buckle in, cause it lasted and only increased for years with supreme (and still happens today).

I got 4 PC etbs, 2 surprises and 6 bundles. But the prices floating online are just for pre orders from gamestores and big box. The supply thats going to hit shelfs and vending machibes is not yet shuffled in. When people can go to walmart, buy 15 etbs, and triple their money, on new stock thats being added to supply, the paperhands people will undercut each other becayse they need the money back before rents due. They will sell for 120. Then 100, because its too easy to just buy it and hand it to the next guy. Ive been here 4 years and their hasnt been a single english product that i didnt have to opprotunity to buy as much as i wanted, at msrp.

Can someone answer this? I’ve asked and no answers. Tcg player has sales for 400-500? But eBay has em for $270? How does that make sense. Wouldn’t buy out all the eBay’s and flip em on tcg be the move?

Only people with physical storefronts can list pre sales on TCG , and anybody can list on eBay, that’s why. Wait till release day and people like me, without physical stores, will list our products on tcg

@ i hit the gym every day at 5am and watch market while I do and got notified and was able to secure a case of before they set limit if 2 then kept trying all morning to get 2 more orders which took a while but secured and my girl got me two more if you missed that day good luck the market wasn’t this aggressive back then now it’s going to be damn near impossible good luck everyone 🍀
