I believe you have to make price friendly reviews even if you don't deal with them. Just get to know used Ugandan used cars prices btn 8-20m, they're actually the same cars even for first time owners as we progress to new ones with higher prices

The thing you said about a your kettle and kilo watt hours, there are places where power is low during sometimes of the day hence the kettle will take longer to boil water does that mean it uses more Yaka during times when the power is low since it takes longer to boil?
