Uni is amazing in so many ways and that looked decadent , Sonny just visited a tribe in Papua New Guinea and what they do with Uni is steam in leaves and eat like $5000 bread. Book looks like a beauty .

💛...years ago i bought uni at an asian grocer...i would imagine it was like eating canned mushrooms versus fresh, not bad but no real comparison...also, it's not exactly free since you need a valid fishing license to collect/forage...considering the cost/savings, it'll be well worth the price and effort to be able to collect your own...also, you should consider keeping an emergency bottle of shoyu and hot sauce/chili crisp in the glove compartment for situations like this...lookin' good, keep up the good work and merry christmas, hapi new year...the adventure continues...
