What You Don’t Know about the Genius State
Neuro-Semantics starts with Accessing Your Personal Genius. This flagship of Neuro-Semantics is the difference between Neuro-Semantics and NLP. Here the 14 patterns of APG provide the prerequisites of genius. These are the critical elements we put together to generate the most optimal state of all- the flow state of engagement for your best performances.
Maslow called the experience peak experiences-the best experiences a person can have when they are most fully themselves and experiencing the richness and joy of life- Csikszentmihalyi changed the name to “flow.” Early NLP developers began exploring this subject as they turned their thinking to modeling “genius,” not in the sense of IQ smarts, but in the sense of being a “fully functioning person.” In Neuro-Semantics we added the Meaning-Performance axes which thereby identify “personal genius” as the synergy of self-actualization.
Yet many who take APG, and who study Neuro-Semantics, give far too little attention to the critical importance of the “genius” state of flow (peak experience). As a result, there are many who only have a surface understanding and who simply do not know the full story or richness of the genius state. To deepen that perspective, we will focus on things you may not know about the Genius State - which you show know - in the next ISNS Wisdom.
