Currently in the nurse residency program and I just started. It’s a lot to do but I’m excited! I’m also on med surge- my first rotation is on Neuro. Thanks for the videos. 😊

I thought after you completed you are Nursing School then orientation and join the hospital is it really compulsory to join Residency Program

Not all places make it mandatory but my hospital did for all new nurses but we are a small hospital. So essentially I worked shifts as a nurse and then had extra classes/workshops/support through my first year
