It may depend on who is doing your paperwork. Also if all your documents are correct. You can receive your amount of Rent share by two week or sooner.

Where do tenants go for help? Maintenance issues are just one issue. Overcharges in rent, Documents not processed in a timely manner etc.

Section 8 is doing telephone interviews now? And what happens if you're not interested in RAD? Why are telephone interviews being scheduled? What is the point of the interview if the individual is updating their application? And what can you do if while on the website you can't upload the documents you were asked to upload? I have fraud concerns. Office workers including managers need to be watched and not given access to resident files. What can you do if nycha doesn't call you for your interview? Where do you send your documents if you can't upload them onto the mynycha self service site? Who can you contact to ensure your documents have been received?

​@@taylor-fx4it Yes, but still the official language of the United States IS English: As a NYC Puerto Rican 2nd generation child of immigrants from the island, I obviously learned English in school and I am super Americanized, but my parents did not speak English when they first arrived but overtime, did learn the language. It's important for immigrants to assimilate. Granted, I understand if you literally just arrived to the United States but it's very important to not just watch Univision and Spanish-language Novellas all day, but to immerse yourself in English and learn it because otherwise, you will be at a disadvantage.

I was sent a zero income questionnaire with no return address - envelope- email - fax - phone number It states if I can not return this by the due date ( also not listed) they will terminate my lease How I do fix this ? I call the number and no one answers - I have called many times and left my phone on for hours
