Most people everywhere want the same things, to be in love, to raise children in a safe community and with good schools. To leave the world to our children in a little better shape than we found it. If this is us, why can't our governments make peace with each other. I met a woman from China completely by accident on the internet. We ended up chatting for 3 hours and we clicked. Now we are trying to figure out how to meet in a Covid plagued world. We are going to do it because you never know when love finds you and with whom. I think the more international marriages the more chance for peace in the world. I applaud China for this effort!

Yes everything is great until you take her out of China and to your country to live. Sickness/health, richer/poorer, all that stuff. At first, she's excited about the new language, the new culture, different ways of doing things. But eventually the novelty wears off. All of the things that she was once excited about have become hassles for her. Even after you make every single concession short of moving back to China. Then there's the day that you come back from work to find she's been crying all afternoon, saying "I wanna go home." One morning, out of the blue, she snaps mentally and EXPECTS YOU TO BE CHINESE. The way you look, talk, act, now it's all wrong. Not another word spoken in your language. No further connection with your culture. And you have a kid. WHAT. DO. YOU. DO. NOW?

Too general. I grow up in Europe, race Chinese. Everyone is different and both of you respect others culture and habits. That's the key to successful relationships.

Chinese are amazing people I wish I could marry one Chinese man but that never gonna happened so and I'm still single, Chinese people are amazing and talented and respectful

Thank you China for this information. I have been in communication with a Chinese woman and I am American. We are very compatible so far but time together is a necessity to test the feelings and attraction level. I am planning a trip over this year 2023.
