I have visited there twice in the last couple of years & was surprised & impressed how much there is to do for such a small town.

We really are spoiled with the amenities we have for the size of the town. :) Do you have family here or were you just visiting for fun?

@ No family in MT. Just visiting for fun & an escape from the summer heat in the Carolinas. 4 years in a row coming to Montana. Love it there! :)

In my mid 20s, is this a good area for my age?
@RadiantRealty10 күн бұрын
Great question Austin. The biggest complaint I hear from young people that move to the area is the lack of nightlife and ability to meet others their age. If that is important to you a college town like Missoula or Bozeman might be better suited to your needs. However, if you just love outdoor activities and don't much care for nightlife this area has a lot to offer and might be a great fit for you. Where are you currently located?

@ I’m not really into nightlife, but the lack of opportunities to meet people my age could definitely be a deal breaker for me

Just out of curiosity... Is the eastern half of Montana populated at all? Thanks for sharing info on the Flathead Valley and Kalispell.... Stuck in California at the moment, but would love to move to Montana... Also what's Butte like?
@RadiantRealtyАй бұрын
Hello, yes the East has some residents but as I understand it, because of the train and the gold rush most of Montana’s population resides in the West as it was populated first. 🤔 Butte is a good sized town. I’ve only driven through twice but it appears to have a good amount of working class and industrial companies. What piques your interest for Butte?

Any tips for moving to Montana from Australia? Or even a step-by-step guide? 😂 love your videos, very informative
@RadiantRealty24 күн бұрын
Yes, I have helped clients move here from Hong Kong, but not Australia yet. It's easiest if you are able to pay cash. Would you want a loan? Do you have dual citizenship? I would need a few more details but could certainly have a conversation and/or prepare a video with further details.

I'm interested in moving to the town eventually from California, how hard is it to get a job in the area? The area looks really pretty and I hope to visit some day.

I'm mainly curious about employing as an outsider. . . Many small cities have some bias to locals rather than outsiders.

What industry are you in? That could potentially make a difference. Would you rent for awhile and then buy a home or would you want to purchase first?
@blue_donuts79192 күн бұрын
@@RadiantRealtyI'm hoping to explore a career within Kalispell police department when I get there. I've been thinking hard on it and renting is probably the best option until I got on my feet enough to purchase.
