Agreed but at this time woman just wants someoen to cook for her and feed her coz that smell of food reduces apetite. Sadly most women are alone in this precious time

Im pretty sure each of our bodies needs a different amount of food/calories/nutrition, and our bodies will tell us what we need by our cravings. And pregnant women need protein from animal sources, there have been many babies that have suffered because there is some insane craze now to go vegan.

Not necessary. Vegetarian people always have supplements for that. We don't believe to kill other's babu for sake of ours

I was on a 100% plant based diet during my pregnancy and I still am along with my now 2 year old. His pediatrician has no complaints he's been in the 95th percentile and he's doing very well spiritually, mentally and physically. It definitely works! To God be the glory!

Not necessarily you have to eat for two !! A pregnant woman only requires 300 calories extra. That can be easily fulfilled.

Curd doesn't have as much protein as chicken breast or salmon or any other animal protein source. Lentils are not even complete protein (though nutritious nonetheless). I am guessing the video is by some vegetarian.
