One thing that most people do not know is the prequels, technically, were and will probably be the largest independent films of all time. Although released by 20th Century Fox, George Lucas had 100% control over the movies.

It was a stunt double. There is no way Temuera is that tall. Look at when he has the helmet on standing next to George he's about 4-5 inches taller than George. So that's the double. When Temuera is standing next to George without them helmet they are roughly the same height George maybe a fraction taller. Most definitely two different people.

@chrishibbert32252 жыл бұрын
Lucas has said as a nod to the old era stuff he grew up with the romance scene dialogue was meant to be kinda overdone and corny. But it was a bit much, to the point that it took some viewers out of the movie. Leia and Han's courtship was done perfectly. The chemistry was there. The princess and scoundrel. He drove her crazy and of course they fell for each other. Hard. And we totally bought it. AOTC would have worked better having another pair of bounty hunters follow Anakin and Padme to Naboo where she comes closer to being killed and Anakin is injured saving her. Then we get a much less painful and plausible Florence Nightingale effect as she tends to him as he recovers. There's your blossoming love story.

You're not! In fact, the unbiased truth is that the prequels were the best films - from the ideas they portrayed, to how these ideas were portrayed, to the transformations, romance and combat that was shown, as well as its overall advancement of cinematography and absolute best music scores in the entire Star Wars Saga. Most of the best Star Wars music scores were in the prequels, not the originals or the recent films. Same with the quality of most other features of the films compared to the originals and recent ones. It is not uncommon for most people to get the truth completely wrong, labelling things the opposite of what they really are. People call good, evil, and evil, good, and call black, white, and white, black. With Star Wars this exact thing happened. I'm just passionate about this because it's sad to see the mass foolishness of it. It's just a movie, but people's opinions speak a lot about the unfortunate state of the world.

Many fans don't seem to know Darth Tyranus is Count Dooku's Sith name, of course many fans also act like Ani isn't Darth Vader until after he's sealed in the suit Whilst those that grew up with George's originals may have been disappointed with George's prequels if they didn't go in with the "I'm no longer a kid" mindset, many of the younger generation grew up with them. Kids love Jar Jar, won't somebody please just think of the children. I tend to specify George's prequels because Rogue One is a prequel too, something a lot of Gen X fans tend to deny. A lot of people seem to forget about Jonathan Hales when they criticize George's writing, maybe all that romance stuff is on Jonathan Hales. Ironically Attack of the Clones is considered the weakest of George's prequels, of course how about that Last Jedi lol 😝. Like New Hope, Phantom Menace & Revenge of the Sith had no cowriter. Many even prefer Revenge of the Sith to Return of the Jedi, even some Gen Xers like Kev Smith, it's them Ewoks and that infamous musical number versus George's darkest episode right
