@@IronBelH It's become a reality show, in a way. These guys all take risks, James, the producers. No other show is doing this right now, blurring the line between backstage and center stage. It's risky, but unique. All the other late night shows have gone back to their pre-quarantine format, well all except one, which I shall not name 'cause I don't want to go there here.

I explain it to folks that I watch Jimmy, Jimmy, James, Seth, & Stephen, but you can watch all of them & not miss anything except James & Crew. It’s like a soap opera; you have to keep a tight ear to the ground. So much hilarity that banks on the episode yesterday- the one before that… etc. I absolutely love the character development of each entertainer❗️I’m going to try to make a concise list of the best things so far: 🔹Steve and his news intro 🔹Fins up & the shirt made for it 🔹Reggie’s hobbies 🔹Everything done to Nick & how I cringe watching him gracefully give in to the shenanigans placed before him.

@@asdfjkl7496 I would say no after being overlooked and pushed aside, but I'm stubborn like that. 🤣 Was just a reminder to me that most corporate and especially the middle management types of positions are unecessary(hence all the titles for Nick's job) it makes one feel more important. The crew themselves were doing a fine job haggling for their own advertisements and endorsements......the gap clothes, the cruise, etc.... Nick had to step in to save his job 🤣 Don't get me wrong, he seems like a nice enough person, but when push comes to shove he's still a suit wearing exec only worried about the bottom dollar, he's just the nice intermediary in between more of those guys and the "talent"
