Water/Ice, Dark/Flying, and Bug/Steel all have 6 Mons but one Uber (Iron Bundle, Yveltal, and Genesect respectively) Also maybe you could squeak out Normal/Psychic with an eviolite Girafarig. It’s close to viable I guess lol
