Great tip. Fingerprint to "kids mode" would be a great security method if you are forced to unlock your device, it might be enough to let you get away without exposing mail / banking / personal stuff etc

I've been using separate app sounds since note10. I set YT to play on phone. When I take the jogging stroller out, play music on YT for the kid and my music app plays my music through bluetooth headset. It's a great feature.

The routines plus tip was very helpfull thank you! it's amazing what these phones can do i only just discovered lockstar and realised i can lower my music widget on the lock screen to change music one handed that's one thing i had missed from my iphone so i'm happy i found it. I now have way more shortcuts than i ever thought i could so thanks again for your videos.

So I have switched in February and I am disappointed. Myself I created two bugs and sent to members. There's tons of small things but they are annoying when they stack up. What I love tho is the notes and calendar app where I can also draw on it, the design is cool but that's a preference and the camera makes stunning photos. Rest is far behind Apple. Really wanted to like this phone but the more I use it the more annoying it is.

Very good tips. Thanks. But I have to admit, I'm a little suspicious of the wallpaper trick to copy from one picture to another. It doesn't seem real. My S24 Ultra doesn't let me navigate to another photo while I have a smart select image shrunk down and floating in the original picture. Your video also cuts to another view just as that's supposed to happen. Could I be missing a setting or update? Or maybe the feature doesn't quite work properly?

You have to use two hands. Keep your finger held down and use your other hand to navigate to the next picture

Maybe you could help me with something.... i can play spotify through my car stereo and run maps audio through my phone at the same time but even though the sounds are different locations, maps will pause the sound from spotify when a turn is coming up. Is there a solution to this? I do doordash for several hours a day and would love to listen to podcasts without interruption. Kind of distracting lol

Hello, so on tip 9- I like driving and playing music on my Bluetooth and sometimes I swtch to video recording to be silly but the music on the Bluetooth stops playing so its a silent recording!! So does setting this up to play on separate devices allow my music to still play on Bluetooth while I'm recording for a few seconds? Its so annoying??!! Thank you 😊

That's a really good question. I literally just tested it here with the JBL speaker. I can confirm with the 'Separate app sound on' you can film using the camera app without the audio cutting out. One thing I notice, though, is that sometimes you need to switch the setting off an on again for it to work properly... I think it might have something to do with apps that are open before connecting to BT.

Well I do like the lock off option to keep apps open, what I don't like is you can only have three apps locked you can't have any more, there's like five I want to have locked is there a way to override that amount?

10:08 this doesn't happen unless you refresh the webpage or close it before opening another app as androids handle RAM differently compared to iOS. Apple compresses background apps memory to save space and battey while Androids keep them on so you can upload a video or transfer bunch of files on one app and switch to another app or turn off the screen while waiting for the upload to finish.

I think it's probably due to the picture you're using. Test one out with just a person in the shot and see if that works?
