In India we eat mostly white rice and occasionally red/brown rice. Yesterday I tried plain cooked black rice with a tiny bit of ghee (clarified butter) and salt. Absolutely nothing else and it was absolutely heavenly. Loved the inherent taste of the black rice - it is such a rich flavour. I suspect I am going to change over to this as my staple.

You don’t have Adsense? Looks like medicine 😂 I mean the water. Three washes gets it clear. The blackest I’ve done is wild rice. You pick out the thyme sticks like I do. It looks more palatable with the colors. Rice doesn’t have any taste. You ate it just so? Nice share.
